Absolutely Top Notch I should start by saying that I'm not even sure if we are going to purchase the vehicle that we looked at or not. With that being said, Leith VW has been a pleasure to work with. I began speaking with the dealership over the phone by speaking with Jim Cochran. He took down all of the information that I was asking for and promptly gave me immediate information over the phone, but promised to look into our situation a bit more and call me back, which he did. When my wife and I arrived at the dealership, Jim met me out front and had a good talk where he then handed me over to the rep Freddie. Freddie was the best dealer representative that my wife and I have come in contact with. We have been shopping for cars for quite awhile now, and it was a pleasure to deal with Freddie. Freddie was professional, polite, and knowledgeable about the VW Tiguan that he showed us. I do extensive research on each car before I go to test drive it, and with the information that Freddie gave my wife and I, not only could I tell he knew this vehicle inside and out, he even showed me more than a few things that I did not already know about the car. He was not overbearing, knew when to ask questions and when to give insightful information. He has followed up with me once since our visit in a very non-aggressive way, which I appreciated. If all reps could be as good as Jim and Freddie, car buying wouldn't have such a bad stigma. RG More
