Nevertheless, he was incredibly patient throughout the entire ordeal; he answered numerous questions, always took my phone calls/texts, and made sure the deal benefitted me more than anyone else. I cannot recommend Freddie enough and will not be buying or leasing a vehicle from anyone else. More

Upon arriving at the dealership we met Chris Capella in person and immediately had a rapport with him. He was very helpful by asking us what we wanted rather than trying to tell us what we wanted. He walked around the showroom with us and showed us the awesome decor and the classic Volkswagens that were displayed. He was very professional yet has a great sense of humor and made us feel comfortable and not pressured. We ended up leaving that day owning a new Volkswagen Jetta. The car is great we both love it.
