Of course they want to sell you a vehicle, but what Abdul set out to do was to help us find the right vehicle for us. He was patient, knowledgeable, and very friendly. Rickie was personable, professional, and was willing to answer any question we had about the financing aspect of our purchase. My kids loved the all the different kinds of VWs in the showroom along with the free wifi, access to charging cables for their devices, and the relaxed atmosphere of the dealership. Great Deal, Wonderful Service - followed through after sale I just purchased my 1st NEW vehicle of my life after seeing a bottom line Jetta sales price on the Leith VW website. They had the color I wanted, and I just purchased my 1st NEW vehicle of my life after seeing a bottom line Jetta sales price on the Leith VW website. They had the color I wanted, and the price was as-advertised. I test drove the Jetta I wanted with upgraded rims, but the wheels/tires had some bad vibration at highway speeds. Since it was Sunday, the problem could not be remedied before I purchased if I wanted to close the deal that day. But Brandon said they would take care of it post-purchase and I trusted he would take care of me... and the service team followed through on that promise! Later that week, I dropped my car off with Tina (service) for a day, and they put on 4 NEW TIRES for me at no charge. They also completed my window tint that I had paid for in the sales contract... once again: I signed and drove away without these 2 items based on trust.... and they delivered a perfect car a few days later. Now my new car drives smooth as butter down the highway, and the tint looks nice. Thanks Brandon and Tina and crew! More
