Great experience with Freddie Joseph I came to the dealership wanting to buy a Sportwagen with 4motion. Although this dealership did not have this model with 4motion, Freddie took the tim I came to the dealership wanting to buy a Sportwagen with 4motion. Although this dealership did not have this model with 4motion, Freddie took the time to show me the sportwagen without 4motion and we went on a test drive. He was very knowledgable about the car and worked hard to get one with 4motion from another dealership for me. Unfortunately he was unable to get the car, but that was absolutely the fault of the other dealership. He worked VERY hard to try to track down and deliver the car that I wanted. He even contacted me the next day to check-in on how my experience went with the other dealership and to congratulate me on my new car that I bought from the other dealership. It is a rarity for a salesperson to share in your excitement and buying experience when you don't buy from them. Unexpected simplicity. Leith vw was inviting and for the most part pressure free. And the process was rather simple than I expected it to be. My sales person Freddie was Leith vw was inviting and for the most part pressure free. And the process was rather simple than I expected it to be. My sales person Freddie was extremely professional and gave me alot of good information. But one small draw back I had was due to the fact that he focused the sale on one car not telling me thier was higher options and when I asked about them I was basically told that the r line was the one I want. The r line isn't a bad car. And it was very much impressive to me. But still it would have been good to see all options just so I was aware. Again not a deal breaker, it didn't make the experience bad I just mention this as a good to have when I was there. There was considerable time waiting on the finance manager to finish paper work but I understand that it was end of day and a busy one at that and with one manager left and he was helping a customer finish paper work I unfortunately it is time consuming so I do not at all fault the dealer on this. I hate that the dealership like any other refused to honor the price on a later day forcing me to make a decision on the spot. That was extremely uncomfortable. I asked for a day extension so I could have ease of mind and was told price could go up. Unfair to corner a customer like that. This is why I pushed back. Two can play the same game. If I must make a decision on the spot than it's on my terms and not the dealers. If I'm given time then I'm more comfortable going with the dealer. More
