Very poor experience Salesperson (Carlos) told me new vehicle would be trucked from Georgia - turns out it was driven up. I am an engine break in nut - if I even thought it was having its first 600 miles running up the interstate by a contractor hired to drive it to Cary, NC - I would have ran screaming from the dealership. Title paperwork shows it was used car. I paid new car price. I was told it was just an error and they'd fix and send me copy of corrected paperwork. I have not heard from them since on that. Sales Manager (Jack Mcausland) asked if there was anything they could do to make this right. I told him there was one thing I'd love to see if we could do - I really like the Heritage wheels, and was there anything they could do where I might be able to swap out or even buy a set of wheels (I did ask if I bought, could they give me a steep discount). Jack said he had a couple of Beetles with those wheels coming in in April, and maybe we could work something out. I never heard from Jack again - not even after emailing him. The General Manager (Jerame Jones) emailed me and said he was aware of that and hoped something could be worked out. I told Jones I never heard back from McCausland. I've never heard back from anyone. One last thing. I was trying to get some oil questions answered, and their service department told me all of the vw specs listed in my owners manual were for diesel's (they didn't even make a 2017 diesel Beetle), and told me to use any 5W40 full synthetic - even though the manual tells you that is NOT true. Anyway - my experience with them was very poor to say the least. More

We were just looking --- and then we bought one from Rrandon We were just out on Sunday afternoon (when most dealers are closed) looking at cars that would be fun to drive but less than $30k. Right away we liked the way he talked to us (read --- not a pushy salesman) as he got the information about our search. He pointed us to a used car that we absolutely loved and in less than 2 hours we completed the test drive, locked in the price, signed the papers and we were out riding around. Brandon was honest with us about special orders, the condition of the car and the various offers associated with Leith cars. Yeah, we paid more than we should and I still really dislike the dealer profit they add in called doc fee but the car is great and we love it. Service department was not there but has been very helpful the following day with a wind noise on the sun roof and the extra key. I highly recommend Brandon --- I would by another one from him. More
