My overall experience with the dealership was good. And I also paid for the $700 dollar "showroom quality" detail. Can't remember the exact name of the detail. But the detail job was done poorly. A lot of areas were missed and the exterior/interior. There was no attention to detail. They performed and another detail and it was better, but I still feel it was not worth the $700. It was a pleasure working with Brandon Ervin, and he was more than helpful throughout the entire process. More

Great service Had looked for a while and decided on a Passat. Chris was great. Very friendly. He stayed waaaayyy over his shift to help me at the end of a long day for us both. LOVE the car and LOVED the price. Felt good driving away. It was hard for me to buy another car after 11 years of driving the same one. I put off going in due to not wanting to deal with "sales" associates. Chris was the opposite of any sales person I have ever met. No pressure, sweet and helpful. Never felt rushed. He had the car completely detailed while we did the paper work and it was there and ready as soon as we were done. I would recommend Chris and Leith without a doubt. Thanks! More
