The 4 people in front of me were also paying just a diagnostic fee. I wonder how many diagnostics fees they are billing for no solutions. Would love to do some statistical analysis on these diagnostics charges. Not recommended. More

I had let him know that I was not planning to make a purchase for another month or so, and I really appreciated that my timeline was respected without question - no tactics to instill a sense of urgency, just good information. I had been planning to purchase a 1-3 year old preowned vehicle, and since there was not not one available at the time, Philip agreed to be in touch if he came across one, which indeed he did a couple of weeks later. Unfortunately, I had experienced some problems with my existing car and was forced to purchase a replacement earlier than I had planned. When I shared this news with Phillip, he offered me a sincere congratulations and complimented my choice of vehicle.
