But I can honestly say that buying a car from Leith Volkswagen was a pleasurable experienc I always dread having to begin the process of buying a car. But I can honestly say that buying a car from Leith Volkswagen was a pleasurable experience. Everyone we encountered was genuinely nice and pleasant to deal with, and really at no point did it feel like the traditional car buying experience. Jim Cochran is the person who actually sold us our 2014 Passat, and we would highly recommend him. He helped us zero in on the specific car we wanted, and then I felt good about the price we agreed to. He also went the extra mile in helping fix a minor cosmetic paint blemish that we discovered while finalizing the purchase, coming in on a day off to make sure the repair was done properly and even bringing in homemade muffins. Also high marks to Said Raouz in the finance department. Again, who likes to go through that process? But Said made it, well, if not fun, then at least tolerable. In short, Leith Volkswagen was a pleasure to deal with and we would be happy to buy from them again. More
