As a young woman shopping for a car by myself, I went in very hesitant and had no idea what to expect, but Jim made the process as easy and painless as possible. I never felt like he was trying to sell me something extra that I couldn't afford and he was extremely patient with answering all of my questions. My father, who lives out of state, was my co-signer, which of course added more paperwork to the equation, but the whole process was a piece of cake! Jim was willing and available to correspond with my dad via phone or email and he made the whole process as seamless as possible. Jim's Great customer serviced influenced our Jetta Purchase After begging my dad to go to the VW dealer to at least give the Jetta a chance before he ruled it out, we went in hopes of just driving this car. We have used the same leith sales person for 16 years (he was currently not working the day we went in) and didn't intend on buying from anyone else. We met Jim and he took us on a test drive of the car and ended up telling us that he had been trained by the guy we have been buying leith cars from for 16 years. He was very personable, valued customer service, and knew all about VWs. We ended up contacting our sale man of 16 years and telling him about how great our experience was and they both helped us close the deal on my new 2015 Jetta 1.8 SE. The Jetta is a great car thus far, comfy seats, leather, navigation, and a sporty feel. Very good gas mileage and easy to drive also swayed our decision to buy this model. More

I just recently traded in Gretta, for a brand new 2015 Golf GTI... YEAH! Abdul Yasin was amazing to work with. We had talked previously on the lot, just about cars in general and life, and I felt like I made a real connection even before I was looking for a new car.
