I didn't tell anyone at the dealership that I had already been shopping around for the car I wanted at other dealerships, but in fact I had, and the truth is, I got MUCH better quotes from Leith VW in Cary, which really confirmed to me that I was working with the right team to get into my new car. They were very patient, not pushy, and they really went FAR out of their way to make sure I was very happy with the car I ended up driving home. I would definitely recommend this dealership and the people in it to anyone who's in the market for a VW - and even for those who aren't (I was originally looking for a Honda Accord - until I test drove the VW Jetta, haha!) More
