They had the car I wanted and were pa I warned the entire team that I was having issues with the pressure sales tactics at another Volkswagen Dealer. They had the car I wanted and were patient with me. It took pretty much all day but it didn't feel like a hassle at all. Through the entire process it was great. Said was even very patient and easy to work with when it came time for the obligatory add ons like the extended warranty. Note to self though I should have gotten the tire road hazzard option because I hit a median with my tire 2 weeks in and blew a tire. Would have been a good call. More

When my lease end date was near, I decided I wanted to purchase the car and wanted to speak to someone in sales about financing options. I made an appointment and was told to ask for Jim. From the minute I met Jim, I knew I'd have a another positive experience - he was personable, friendly, knowledgeable, straight forward and genuine. I was immediately at ease talking with him. He quickly assisted me with financing options and when I queried about trading in that car and getting a new CC, he gave me all the information I needed to make the best decision. Great dealership When I moved to the Triangle, I began getting my '06 Jetta serviced at Leith and was very happy with the service team there - I worked most frequently When I moved to the Triangle, I began getting my '06 Jetta serviced at Leith and was very happy with the service team there - I worked most frequently with Amy and she was always professional, courteous, and happy to explain any questions I had about the work needed on my car. Unfortunately that Jetta was recently totaled and I found myself in the position of needing a new car immediately; I knew I wanted a Jetta hybrid, and with year end approaching I figured I could probably get a decent deal on a '14. As luck would have it, I called ahead and Leith only had one left on the lot! Cedric and Said were both really transparent and great to work with. I had to cosign the loan long distance and they were both very understanding about helping me with the paperwork to get that done. At no time did I feel pressured or under the gun to purchase - something that is an anomaly in my experience working with auto dealerships. Having seen it from both ends, I recommend Leith VW both for service and for purchasing a new vehicle. More
