I strolled into Leith VW on a lark. After spending the day browsing many local dealers for many makes and models, I thought I should finally take a look at a VW. I am glad I did. He knew when to ask questions and when to just let me look around. When he suggested a vehicle for a test ride, it was perfect. So perfect that I actually bought that very car. Mike was listening to what I said, and knew exactly what I wanted. I love my VW Beetle Convertible!!! The process was pleasurable and I actually drove away that afternoon in my new car. A fair deal on my trade-in and a fair price on the new car. At no time was I pressured into anything, or felt like I was beiung pushed. I brought the car back for the DSG service I got as part of the deal, and was nothing less than impressed with the service department. They had me in and out in less time than they said it would take. After taking it to a dealer that was closer, and not being very happy, I'll definitely drive a little to get great service. More
