Leith VW Cary was a very good organization to work with overall and the quotation process appeared transparent. The obstacles/challenges were: an initial unwillingness to transfer the car from Raleigh for a test drive without a deposit, some communication issues among the management team while being passed between them for coverage, and inability to order/implement accessories until after the purchase paperwork was completed forcing an additional customer visit. More
