I was kept up to date on all service work being done on the new to me used vehicle. There was constant communication throughout the process via text and phone which helped alleviate any stress during the whole process. Both Jimmy and Devaun were very personable and kind, always willing to help in any way they could. When it came time to signing all paperwork, the process was timely and personable with the help of Steve. All in all, I'm very happy with my purchase, the work put into the vehicle prior to me driving off the lot, and the family like interactions with all staff.
