How lucky were we to blindly walk into Leith Volkswagen and meet Steve. My husband and I had been dreading to go car shopping because of dealing with someone pushy or just looking for a sale. Steve was a dream to work with and made the whole process stress free and very easy. We initially talked to Steve 5 months ago. He sat us down and thoroughly went through the Atlas and different options to understand the vehicle. He then patiently took us out to the SUV and sat us inside to talk through the driving and safety features. After we were given the keys and told to take our time. No pressure, no expectations, no agenda. Just take our time, ask questions and enjoy the experience. We left to drive several more SUVs at multiple dealerships. Five months later we went back to Leith Volkswagen because everyone paled in comparison to our interactions with Steve. We showed up without an appointment and Steve remembered us from before and assisted us while working with another customer. By the time we were getting all the paperwork in order he had a 3rd customer. How he seamlessly worked with all 3 of us still amazes and impressed me. The entire dealership is friendly, professional, efficient and makes you feel like you’re a valued customer. However Steve just stood out as the rock star he is. I waited 15 years to buy a new car to avoid the stress and headache of the car buying process. Steve has permanently cured me of this dread and stress.
