The closing paperwork process with Darien had to be the worst of all time. We had to sign several documents numerous times as he kept making errors. His sales pitch for extended warranty and other options worst of all time. We had to sign several documents numerous times as he kept making errors. His sales pitch for extended warranty and other options was unprofessional. He started at $3k for a 10 year warranty. Then after we declined, he immediately went to $2k and then $1600. How does that happen? He frequently stated that " this is the final offer" Is tis a game show? He then stated that VW cars have a high amount of technical content that will break. At $145 an hour to fix, we really shouldn't pass up the offer. How can this dealership accept an employee telling potential customers that the quality is suspect? More
