We went in on a Sunday afternoon to test drive the Tiguan and Atlas. Steve knew we were coming and was waiting by the door when we arrived. The salesmen wear tie dye T-shirt’s, which to me, is inviting. Steve was great about getting us into the cars right away for a test drive. He was informative during the test drive as well. I have never purchased a new car before so this was a big event for me; Steve was patient. He was not a pushy salesman yet he was trying to meet our needs to complete the sale. We laughed a lot and I felt comfortable with the information we had been given. Steve was kind enough to stay well past quitting time so we could complete all necessary paperwork. I am now the happy owner of a 2019 Atlas SE w/ tech R-Line! More
