This is hands down the absolute worst Chevy dealership in the entire country. I didn’t even purchase my vehicle here, but unfortunately had the misfortune of dealing with their vile, incompetent service depa the entire country. The first time I went in for an oil change during winter, they couldn’t even bother to fill my tires when the warning light was about to come on, basic, minimal service you’d expect anywhere else. The desk staff treat customers like worthless peasants, fumbling with basic technology and acting completely clueless when it comes to checking online service appointments. Most recently, when my vehicle broke down on the side of the road, I made the mistake of bringing it back here. The woman at the front desk arrogantly dismissed my extended warranty, blatantly accused me of lying about my coverage, and racially profiled me by saying that I probably just had some cheap third-party junk like CarShield. After a full week of holding my car hostage, they escalated the situation into outright verbal harassment, sneering that they’re “privately owned” and threatening to dump my vehicle in the street because I refused to let them upcharge a $30 part into a criminal $350 bill. They shamelessly changed the price five times, never once offering respectful communication. If you value even a shred of human dignity, avoid this dealership like the plague. Go literally anywhere else if you want to be treated as a customer and not as garbage. More
1- Bringing your own financing is apparently a major issue here. They tried two different ways to force me to go through them for financing. First they tried to tell me my preapproved financing bank would not allow me to purchase the type of vehicle I was. Called my bank and that was proven to be a falsehood. Then at the last minute, after we had already signed purchase documents, they come and tell me the sales manager will not let me leave the lot with the vehicle with the outside financing. The claim was they had to have the EFT transfer before the vehicle could leave. I'm told I will either have to get the vehicle delivered or use their financing. Given I had driven over two hours to get this vehicle they knew I was not going to come back and planned on driving it away that day. So, I was thus forced to use their in-house financing which resulted in more hits on my credit report and a higher monthly payment. Thank ya'll SOOOOO MUCH! And yea I know for a fact you didn't have an EFT transfer from your in house financing when I left in the vehicle yesterday, so more bogus lies. 2- Used a few minor issues with my trade in to knock thousands off its trade in value, even though it was in pristine condition and everything had been professionally repaired. Just as many things wrong with the vehicle being purchased (dings, scratches, etc.), but that is different, I guess! A couple of trim clips and 30 minutes work to resolve the issue that cost me thousands on trade in value. SMH 3- Did not include floor mats. Are you absolutely freaking kidding me?!?!?! Purchase a $66,000 vehicle and you cannot put some floor mats in it?? Ridiculous! More

I have bought 2 or 3 vehicles from this location and also get my oil changes and any other services needed here. I’ve never had a problem until yesterday, January 9, 2025. I called to verify my appointment was made for a synthetic oil change with tire rotation for my 2022 Chevy trailblazer, originally scheduled for Saturday, January 11th at 10 AM. When I called to make the appointment on January 8, 2024 at 11:57 AM for a 2 minute phone call, everything seemed fine until I provided my phone number. As I was making my appointment and provided my phone number the representative on the other end failed to verify my personal contact information and also had the wrong vehicle information. When I did not receive a confirmation of the appointment that was made, I knew something was incorrect. I had went online and scheduled another appointment according to their next availability due to my first appointment never be made. I should’ve known who it was when the call was answered. I would like to make a complaint against Carrie (GEE) Veselak. As she failed to make a simple appointment because of a personal matter and she is also my husband‘s ex-wife. This should have never affected my loyalty service that had been requested. Now by time I get my scheduled service, I will be over my mileage and I am very adamant about maintenance on my vehicle due to it mostly still being under warranty. Unfortunately, this simple act of unkindness and unprofessionalism will probably reflect business in the future. More

Purchased an SUV in February of this year. Was deceptively sold the vehicle, as my salesman Shale admitted he was ignorant with regard to the condition of the vehicle and its status as a buybac Was deceptively sold the vehicle, as my salesman Shale admitted he was ignorant with regard to the condition of the vehicle and its status as a buyback vehicle. The vehicle completely broke down by March after my family spent $90K at this establishment. Troy and Rich in service were very rude and aggressive in their treatment of me, as documented on TikTok, calling me a liar about the car having issues and refusing service to us with no legitimate basis. They are now only offering to fix a car that has been deemed unfixable or trading the vehicle in at market value while acknowledging they sold us a lemon...a family with 4 young children. This facility is engaging in predatory lending practices and has been very unwilling to fix what they know was deceptive in the first place. Please do not waste your hard-earned time or money here. More

I really like this dealership, I bought my first car from them back in 2019 and my husband's truck back in 2021. I just recently had to get a new car. I picked a 2022 Blazer, and the buying process was prett them back in 2019 and my husband's truck back in 2021. I just recently had to get a new car. I picked a 2022 Blazer, and the buying process was pretty easy. But as soon as I drove my car off the lot, a check engine light came on. They had just filled my car up with gas and I thought the gas cap just wasn't put back on all the way. turns out the gas neck was broken which whom ever filled up the car could not have missed, additionally the lift gate wasn't working correctly and now I have to return to have body work done. Body work that I did not see because it was on top of the lift gate in my car and I was too short to see, but the damages were in the pictures the dealership posted and missed. So out of the 30 days I've had my car I've had to return to Chevy city 4 times to have the Carbon dioxide sensor, fuel neck, and lift gate fixed. and now have to carve out more time next week to visit the body shop. Thankfully, AL is then service department is an angel and it's great about taking care of everything. You'd just think with a 40K car the inspection would have been more thorough. I love my car, but I'm very disappointed in my experience with the inspection, and the fact I have had to return so many times with issues. More
