The dealership is very friendly and always treats us with respect. The one thing that I was disappointed about was I was not informed ahead of my service appointment that there would be a recall performed on my car. That was concerning because I had someone with me and we had plans. My suggestion, is that, if there is additional situations that need to be done at the appointment a courtesy call to the customer a day or two ahead of appointment time would be appreciated! Also, the bill was not explained to me. I'm not sure that the windshield received the coating on the it. I wanted to bring to your attention some of the above issues, you might want to address. Don't worry, we will return:)

Charlie Vaccaro is spectacular, and Chris was super helpful in finance. I now have a beautiful used vehicle, and I was treated very fairly with my trade-in. I live in FL and was searching all over the Southeast and Midwest for a very specific spec of truck that only a few dealers had. After talking to at least seven other dealers I ended up purchasing from Riverside. Jeff and Chase were both exceptional to work with! From providing pictures, FaceTime walk around of the vehicle, handling all the DMV paperwork (I was shocked that several dealers wanted me to do it once delivered), and the logistics of getting the vehicle delivered (extra kudos to the delivery driver for getting it to me at 8pm on a Sunday), they truly made the process so easy I couldn't say no AND the deal itself was still inline or better than the other dealers I was working with! In all my years of buying vehicles and dealing with dreaded dealers, this is the first time I'm genuinely happy with the service that was provided! Honestly I cannot say enough good things about my experience!
