The sales staff and service department are great to work with. However, they assume you are buying when you are only wanting an estimate before signing on the dotted line. Their finance staff is inexperi with. However, they assume you are buying when you are only wanting an estimate before signing on the dotted line. Their finance staff is inexperienced and overcharged with the loan interest rate and didn't do their due diligence on securing the best rate. Don't sign anything until you are sure you have the deal you want, not what they want for you. More

I worked with Jesus. He was a delight to work with. I have a warranty on my truck & they helped with the 1st visit to Len Lyall. That trip cost me over $600. Got the He was a delight to work with. I have a warranty on my truck & they helped with the 1st visit to Len Lyall. That trip cost me over $600. Got the truck home & the check engine light was on. It was on when we took it in. So to me it was not fixed. The next morning we decided to take the truck back & it wouldn't start. That was what was wrong when we took it in the 1st time too. Jumped the truck, took it back to Len Lyall. Jesus said it was throwing some strange codes, but it was pointing at a fuel system problem. Not sure what they ran into after we got off the phone, but he called back & said they did some research that pointed them to a headlight that may have moisture in it. When they got into the headlight he said there was moisture in it & that the had wiring controlled more than the headlight, so he thouhgt that might be why they were getting different codes. The parts, labor & a charge of 2% for using a credit card came to $3,300. So between the 2 visits my cost (out of pocket) was over$3,900. The warranty covered nothing on the 2nd go around. I feel like mistakes were made diagnosing the issue(s) by the technician that cost me more money. The fact that I took it in with check engine light on & having to jump the truck & it came home with the check engine light on & next morning had to jump it the truck, I feel like I should have gotten that $600 back. The fact no one mentioned working with me on that is why I won't recommend Len Lyall Service. More
