They are excellent Any time I need anything or take my car in they are excellent with making sure I’am taking care of. No communication First, they said that I need a converter ok fine then they said that they had to order the converter. Which would take one day to receive. It's now three days later and the car is still not finished. What's worse the service advisor did not call me to tell me that the car wouldn't be ready and I missed a day of work. I would not recommend Len Lyall for servicing your vehicle. The lack of communication to the customer is unacceptable. More
