She is the epitome of the unethical stereotype that dealership finance managers have, apparently deserved. I had finance and was waiting on my bank to complete the process. She offered to help push the process with the lender. We had no less than a 5 minute discussion about how I was not having my credit run and she affirmed. She lied and did it anyway. It’s no secret the dealerships make money off of doing this, but it also impacts the consumer credit rating and is objectively illegal. I’d avoid doing business with her. More

Went in looking at trucks, specifically A Ram Rebel 1500. Told the dealer what I was looking at and that Heritage in Parkville had the truck but that I was willing to shop local. I wanted to test drive one but the sales person was pretty dismissive and said well if they have the truck you want i would rather you test drive with them than to test a vehicle you are not going to buy. My wife and I stood there kind of startled by the response. I said, "Well now you don't know that. I know what I am looking for but can be flexible in the options if the truck is similar enough." He asked if I wanted to test drive the truck or not and I stated sure but as he walked away, I was still rather shocked by the rude comment and hollered to him to forget about it and bought the truck from Parkville Heritage Dodge. I wasn't lying, I could have been satisfied with another similar truck but if someone is bold enough to be rude upfront then I can only imagine what the experience would have been like post sale. No thanks, I will take my money elsewhere. I don't need someone so off putting to deal with. More
