Business Manager did not provide routine OBD II scan to diagnose a P0562 Code prior to a five hour drive with brand new vehicle. Dealer installed front license plate on steel bumper without inserting plastic pedal for screw contact through square hole in front bumper. This resulted in the metallic screw gouging paint on front bumper. New truck was delivered without bed drain plug 55359234AC installed. Dealership agreed to provide missing plug and paint for gouge in front bumper, but after waiting for six weeks for delivery of small routine parts, all that was received was an incorrect drain plug which did not even cover the drain hole in the truck bed. This part has delayed installation of a necessary bedliner in truck and should be present on the brand new vehicle at time of delivery. Truck tire pressures were set at 80 psig (cold) in front tire upon deliver. Ram specifies 65 psig in tire. This resulted in poor steering response until corrected. It was stated to register truck as Class 3 over three separate occasions during purchase. Registration was received six weeks later with incorrect Class 4A registration. Do not expect this dealership to follow through and do what they say they are going to do to complete a transaction without significant hassle and waste of time. Several phone calls over the course of six weeks resulted in no definitive action by the dealership to remedy very routine missing items. More

Made it easy My Saturn chugged over the finish line oozing full synthetic oil fumes, so I sought out the Carfax app to help me find a new (for me) vehicle. Spotte My Saturn chugged over the finish line oozing full synthetic oil fumes, so I sought out the Carfax app to help me find a new (for me) vehicle. Spotted a 2103 Hyundai Sonata Limited with lowish mileage that was a little beyond my budget. On a hunch, I drove 50 minutes north in the rain to check it out, and found the vehicle was nearly spotless and handled beautifully. Needless to say, I parted ways with my Saturn. Very happy overall. I didn't like how I had to use the special Chrysler financing to get rebates but that is not the dealerships fault. The deal was still good and the staff I dealt with were kind and efficient. Financing with Curt took maybe 10 minutes max with low pressure up sells and they made me feel comfortable. I recommend this dealership for your car buying needs. Some negative feedback: A week or so ago, I tried inquiring to the parts and services departments about getting roof rails placed on my base model renegade and no one has contacted me. More

Great service! I had several issues with my Jeep. Customer service reps were very knowledgeable and personable. The repairs were completed quickly and competently by I had several issues with my Jeep. Customer service reps were very knowledgeable and personable. The repairs were completed quickly and competently by the technicians. The service center checked for recalls and made those adjustments and repairs as well. Reps made recommendations for preventative maintenance but did not push. But I will be coming back for that. An overall great experience AND the actual cost was less than projected, which is always a pleasant surprise. More

My story started of trying to chase another Jeep dealer down for a nagging P0456 DTC engine code, as my 2017 Grand Cherokee was getting ready for a long road trip that would certainly push my vehicle over the 36,000 warranty limit. Naturally I was hoping to have the issue corrected BEFORE my vacation. I had what can only be described as an INCREDIBLE experience at Len Stoler. Not only did I get a same day appointment, I was cheerfully greeted by Jennifer and my car was taken back instantly - professionally serviced, and given back to me after a relatively short wait. And yes, it was covered under warranty - no questions asked, without any hesitation!! The experience I had was simply delightful. Len Stoler also maintains a comfortable waiting room across from snacks, and they provide free coffee and a nice TV always a plus.
