took my vehicle in and they quoted me an outrageous price over $5,000.00, they said all four brakes were rusted and needed a complete brake job. Rotors, pads, calipers and hoses. I went down the street to Meinke $58.00 to diagnose they said it was only the front rotors, pads, calipers and hoses that were bad and that my back brakes could last several more months. I went ahead had the front work done and told them to go ahead and replace the rear rotors and pads. Total cost $2100, plus they gave me $100.00 senior citizen discount. I'll never go back here again More

I purchased a 2024 RAM 1500 Laramie from Lenoir City CDJR. I also their purchased suggested maintenance agreement (good at any CDJR dealer). After receiving an ABS brake recall letter, I called their se CDJR. I also their purchased suggested maintenance agreement (good at any CDJR dealer). After receiving an ABS brake recall letter, I called their service department and was told they could not perform the recall repair and "I should find another dealer". I took the truck to the dealership to verify they were actually telling me they could NOT service the recall. Sure enough, I received the same information with no explanation. (The recall is just a computer download, and they would not repair it.) Now very upset...I went to L&M CDJR in Athens TN, and was told they would not honor the maintenance agreement. "It is too much trouble." Luckily I called Crown CDJR, in Cleveland TN. The young lady in the service department told me, " Sure we honor the maintenance agreement, and they could absolutely perform the recall download. It only takes about 30 minutes and we do them all the time. A couple of days later I took the truck to Crown. The recall was performed and everyone there was super-efficient. Even though Crown is about an hour from my home, I will be taking my truck there for all maintenance and repairs. I will NOT be returning to Lenoir City CDJR or L&M... EVER. More

I have nothing but good things to say about this dealer. I worked with Chris Houghton and with Brian, the genl. mgr. No nonsense. They were also helpful in getting this van over to Dependable Auto to be checked. Now, Dependable is located very close to LC Chrysler Dodge, and sometimes it seems that a dealer will have a "special relationship" with a nearby mechanic; but the way Chris Houghton steered me to Dependable felt completely honest, and that's how things worked out: Dependable did a very thorough job of going over the van, and they didn't find anything significant that Chris hadn't mentioned. Given our pretty sketchy experiences with a few Atlanta-area dealers as we were shopping for this vehicle, I would say that if you're in the North Georgia area, it would be worth your while to head north to this obviously honest dealer in Lenoir City, half an hour south of Knoxville. And hey, ask for Chris -- good guy and has his stuff together. More
