Brought my truck in for a power steering hose leak, tech said it was the pump and steering gear after I told them it was a pressure line off the P/S pump. $2K later still leaking when I picked it up. Had to bring it in the next day and tell them again it was a hose and you can't miss it. Tech found it the 2nd time and replaced at no cost. Wasted 2 grand on parts that probably didn't need to be changed due to incompetent tech. On the fence now when it comes to trusting what they say is wrong with my vehicle. Drove an hour today to buy a Bolt EUV advertised at $27,125 on Autotrader only to find that it had magically gone up over $5,000 in price by the time I got there. I just left. I tried to buy a vehicle from this dealership and because I am a dealer, they refused to sell it to me even though I was trying to buy for myself to keep. Even at their asking price!!
