Earned another loyal customer I really can not say enough good things about our car buying experience. Having been quoted outrageously high payments at other dealerships, a friend I really can not say enough good things about our car buying experience. Having been quoted outrageously high payments at other dealerships, a friend suggested we try talking to Joe B. at Mazda after they had a great experience dealing with him prior. I spoke to him over the phone since we live over an hour away, and explained our situation of a current high payment and being buried in our current car loan. He told me it’s not a problem, come down and he would do everything in his power to help us out. I’m thinking, yeah, I’ve heard this all before. Unfortunately, we were interested a different car brand. Joe personally called their Dodge dealership, knowing they had the best rebates at the time and told them take care of us. As soon as I arrived at Dodge, I was greeted by Steve Regan. I explained Joe had sent me over and spoke to Mike about our current situation. After a brief conversation with Mike, Steve came back and told me not to worry, I was in good hands and they would do everything to get me the car I wanted at the price I needed. Again, yeah, I've heard that before. They spent the time to run numbers on a few models I was interested in to find us the best deal. Steve spent over 6 hours with me (two very impatient kids in tow)start to finish making sure it was the best deal they could get, in a car I loved, at a payment I wanted to be in. They didn’t pressure me into taking a car I didn’t like just to make a sale because the numbers fit. Matter of fact, the van that fit the best wasn’t the best fit for us. Steve and the finance department worked even harder again to get the numbers to fit on the car I wanted. Brian in finance stuck around after his long 12 hour day to wait for my husband to drive down and sign the papers. Thank you. You very well could have told me to pick up the car the next day. From the time I walked in the door, until I drove away in my new van, I never felt pressured into anything. You can tell their staff isn’t out just to sell a car to a person once. They are out to gain repeat customers, which they have with us. Thank you Steve for all your help!!! More
