I met with Louis Cerrat who is one of the nicest guys in the sales department I've met. Hes real with you not a fake personality, it was easy to deal with him, no pressure. No body tried to sell me anything extra that i didn't need. Just a great car at a great price. No BS, and more then helpful with everything. The way a car buying experience should be!! My wife and I went to the dealership looking to trade in our Acadia. Within minutes Ed had us a Grand Cherokee and Kyle was buckled up in the backsea My wife and I went to the dealership looking to trade in our Acadia. Within minutes Ed had us a Grand Cherokee and Kyle was buckled up in the backseat between my two boys. In between picking up pokemon figures and talking about cartoons from the 90's, Kyle explained every detail about the vehicle in and out. His knowledge of the vehicle was truly amazing. We spent a little more than two hours in the dealership and while Ed and Darren did the financial piece, Kyle whipped through the signature paperwork...again between throwing out goldfish and finding Kleenex for my little guy!! The whole experience was amazing as usual and as for Kyle...personally I would recommend anybody request him as their sales person!!!
