Service Department issue's I went to have my oil changed on a 2012 Charger. Not only did it take over 2.5 hours for my car came back with hand prints all over it. It seems no on I went to have my oil changed on a 2012 Charger. Not only did it take over 2.5 hours for my car came back with hand prints all over it. It seems no one cared. My car is Black and I had just finished have the car detailed the day before. Between the hood and doors and windows, I don't think they missed a spot with the hand prints all over it. Also just to get my receipt, I waited over 45 minutes and it was wrong. I was honest and told them a mistake was made .They should have charged me for synthetic oil, oh yeah he said, twenty minutes more waiting still never resolved. I had to go to him three times to find out what the hold up was. He said computer is not accepting change. I told him to mail me the bill. What a joke I still have no receipt They need to revamp there service department. I have been a customer of Lester Glen for many years and never experience anything like this. Time to find a better place to service my cars More
