When I entered on to the lot, I was greeted by a very polite and respectful gentleman who was so willing to make my visit pleasant. He helped me decide what was the right car for me. The whole experience was great. No pressure what so ever. I had my 4 yr old granddaughter with me and they did everything in their power to make sure we were all happy including feeding my child and giving us bottled water. I not only got a beautiful car at a great price, they made us feel at home. It was the salesman's first day which told me that at Lester Glenn they train their staff right. Yesterday I brought my car in for service and learned about their Vehicle Exchange Program from Steve Regan. Bottom line: I was able to trade in my 2011 and drove out in an upgraded, and brand new 2014. They even were able to work with me to keep my monthly payments the same which was a huge bonus.
