My husband and I visited Lester Glenn Saturday, with hopes of purchasing a certified vehicle. Prior to visiting, we had viewed the inventory online, and were pretty sure we knew what we wanted - a 2013 hopes of purchasing a certified vehicle. Prior to visiting, we had viewed the inventory online, and were pretty sure we knew what we wanted - a 2013 Jeep Compass. We were first met by Mike, who set us up with Kyle. Kyle was totally professional and personable from the start. Without wasting any time, he took us directly to the lot where the Compass was located. While we were there, Kyle showed us some other vehicles, making sure we knew what our options were without being overly aggressive. We decided on the Compass and went back inside to handle business. Mike stopped back at Kyle's desk to ensure we were satisfied. Kyle kept us informed every step of the way, all while keeping the atmosphere very relaxed and comfortable. I get incredibly anxious and socially awkward when making big purchases, but Kyle was fantastic! Once we met with Jim, he kept things short and sweet, and wasted no time getting our sale complete. This is the third vehicle we have purchased from Lester Glenn, and every time we visit we are always pleased and taken care of. I never leave feeling like we were swindled, and I've never had regrets after a Lester Glenn purchase. Did I mention we drove from Maryland to make this purchase? Yeah, they're that good. Mike, Kyle, and Jim fulfilled our expectations, and as usual we couldn't be more pleased with our experience at Lester Glenn. Kyle, thank you so much!
