He allowed us to "digest" the proposal before finalizing the deal 2 days later. Mike Nacinovich appraised our trade-in. Our 2011 Cadillac SRX was a low mileage vehicle in pristine condition inside and outside. He expressed unbridled enthusiasm for the SRX. Great personality to go with great judgement! Jim Prendergast was our financial manager. Jim has a refreshing straight forwardness which is much appreciated. Explained optional programs so they were easily understood to make decision making easier. Purchased a lifetime warranty on our new 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland because of him. Very friendly. We are very happy with our new lease on the Jeep Cherokee Latitude. From the moment we walked in the door that morning at 9:30 everyone was very helpful in getting us a salesman who could show us what Leste Latitude. Rob our salesman was very easy to talk to and let us see a few SUVs to test drive so we could narrow down what we were looking for in performance and in color options. He was even able to get us the price we wanted. While I know I rated the price as good that's just because as a customer you always wished it was lower even if you got what you wanted. :). Rob knew we had to leave by a certain time to go and meet some guests that were coming to visit and we were able to make the deal by the time we had to leave. We came back by the end of the day to pick up the car after it had been detailed. Rob even made sure the pinstripe on the passenger side door was redone for us since it had a nick in it. He had to send it back a second time to have it done before we even got there so it would have been ready for us to just sign the paperwork and leave with it. His attention to details and our schedule was greatly appreciated. Overall, it was a great experience and we can't wait to drive it! More

I must say, of all the deals that I have participated in, this latest transaction with Lester Glenn RAM was the best!. I got a great deal and the people I dealt with (Steve, Darren, and Mike) could not have been better. Very impressive dealership. I do things a bit different than the typical customer. I discuss and get agreement on price before the actual vehicle is selected. Mike, the sales manager, was agreeable to that arrangement and we eventually came to agreement up front on what I was going to pay. I got a great deal! After that, Steve took over and was incredible with selling me on the features/functions of the available trucks.. Once I picked out the truck I wanted, Darren took over and guided me through the arduous task of motor vehicle docs, loan docs, and post purchase extras. All three are great guys and I enjoyed the experience with each. I would have a beer (on me) with any one of them anytime. I would especially like to thank Steve Regan, my salesman, for coordinating every aspect of the experience.. The capper was being asked at the end to ring the ship's bell by the front door which announced to the entire dealership that another vehicle was just sold. I got a standing ovation from everyone in the room....I felt like a celebrity. Lester Glenn RAM ....NICE JOB! More

I began my research through Edmunds.com to research the new Jeep Cherokee. I let Edmunds share my selection with local dealers for pricing, even though Lester Glenn was my likely first stop. This is my third purchase from them in the past 25 or so years. As they have grown, more car choices are now available. Within just a few minutes of my internet inquiry, Michelle Bengio of internet sales contacted me. Very friendly and professional. She gave me an intro into Lester Glenn and asked if I wanted to schedule an appointment, which I did for a few days later. I received friendly updates and confirmation the day of. Upon arrival I was met by my salesman Steve Regan. I found him to be a straight shooter and not a high pressure type that is so common at other dealerships. That approach was what I was expecting based upon my prior experience. He was patient, brought me to their other lots since the large Jeep inventory cannot fit in one location. They had what we were looking for. I picked the truck, not the salesman. The negotiating process was straight forward. His offer was reasonable and only took a little more negotiating to get what I wanted. I closed a deal that I feel was in my favor, based upon my internet research. Mike Nacinovich is the sales manager and came by to introduce himself and add to the experience. He did not get involved in the sales negotiating. I always hate when other dealerships double team you. Then you get to the finance section where round two usually starts for the sales pitches for add on's: extended warranty, etc. Jim Mendergras was on that end. Explained a few simple choices, answered questions where I asked and took no for an answer. More

While looking for a Jeep I was approached by Steve to answer a few questions I had on a Jeep for sale. His approach was very friendly and courteous. While I took the Jeep for a test drive, Steve investigated the value for my trade in. Upon returning back to the dealership, Steve reviewed the trade in value for my vehicle and the net purchase price for the Jeep. Steve was very professional in the negotiating process and made the experience very comfortable. Before leaving the dealership with the Jeep, Steve setup my phone to be used through the vehicle, setup my Sirius account and again went over all the features of the vehicle. Steve thank you for explaining all the features of the Jeep and making this purchase a pleasurable experience. More
