I can't begin to explain how wonderful these guys were. They were understanding and willing to answer any questions I had. Soon as I walked In I met Steve and even though he was with another customer were. They were understanding and willing to answer any questions I had. Soon as I walked In I met Steve and even though he was with another customer he was willing to help me, he was honest and made me feel very comfortable. I couldn't thank Jim enough for everything he had done for me, he was so beyond understanding and I had some unanswered question so he told me to come in when I was able to and he would have my papers ready to talk about anything that I was unsure about.
