I purchased a 2015 Grand Cherokee and was presently surprised when the deal went as smooth as it did. I must admit I was waiting for hidden fees and other charges to pop up at the end of the deal and was ecstatic when it never happened. The price stated exactly as stated and each and every person I dealt with from Joe to the managers and Brian in finance operated at the highest level of integrity and honesty. It was refreshing to work with a business that honors these values and the entire culture of the organization reflects these priorities. I highly recommend Joe DeRosa and the entire Lester Glenn organization. Well done! More
