Top notch experience! We showed up on a Saturday; myself, my wife, two year old, and new two month old baby. Michael immediately led us to the Durango after we expressed our needs. Not once did we feel the least bit of pressure, typical to the average dealership experience. Upon driving the Durango my wife was sold! I on the other hand had my reservations. Once again, no pressure. They allowed us to take the truck home for the remainder of the weekend. Long story short, after a Sunday trip to get bagels we realized the Durango was just a bit too small for our needs. I called Michael Monday morning to let him know we would be coming by to drop the Durango off. No questions asked. Michael was understanding and completely respectful of the situation. I'm pleased to say we ended up getting into a Chrysler Town and Country on a three year lease that we feel completely fits our needs and budget. Great work Michael and Lester Glenn!
