We unfortunately did not receive a call back. This morning, around 8:30, Walter from our Collision Center gave you a call in an attempt to discuss this with you. Hi Ms. Harker, thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that you’ve had some trouble with your vehicle and our service department. We’ve reviewed everything with our Service Director and he was able to inform us of the details of your situation. Since your vehicle had around 120,000 miles on it when you brought it in, the problems you were having were not covered under warranty. We were able to provide you with alternate transportation to Pennsylvania at no cost to you. Additionally, we found you were in need of a software update, which was not covered, but we performed free of charge. We made sure the problem was fixed and drove the vehicle for 200+ road test miles. The repairs that were needed for your transmission fluid leak was approved by you so we went ahead and did it at a discounted rate. After your check engine light came back on, we established that the new problem was with your 02 sensor and catalytic converter – we communicated this with you and you informed us not to perform the repairs. We truly understand that the complications with your vehicle have been difficult to deal with and we have done everything we can to accommodate you and make it as easy and affordable as possible. If you’re still interested in trading in your vehicle, we will be happy to put you in touch with our General Manager to start the process.
