Burt Gomez is extremely unprofessional and rude. He doesn't care about customers at all. Our vehicle has been at this dealer for over 2 weeks and we have not received 1 call from Burt Gomez or any othe doesn't care about customers at all. Our vehicle has been at this dealer for over 2 weeks and we have not received 1 call from Burt Gomez or any other dealer employee for that matter. We are completely in the dark regarding our vehicle's issues, the timeframe it will take to fix, who is working on it, etc... If i could have given Burt 0 stars, I would've. Not only will we never be taking a car to Lester Glenn Ford, but we will never, EVER, be purchasing a ford again due to the extremely awful experience. More
