I wanted a specific model and color. They found it. The deal was made and everything discussed over the phone was exactly what was on paper. I came all the way from Connecticut. I dealt with Brian, my salesman, Mitch the GM and Dino in finance. Upon my arrival all paperwork that required signing was ready and I left in about 20 minutes in my brand new Ford Expedition Max. Have to say for the last week been have such a horrible time with them. There sales person Julia DiBiase so horrible all I have asked can I get the best breakdown price and she refuses to. Keeps putting it time with them. There sales person Julia DiBiase so horrible all I have asked can I get the best breakdown price and she refuses to. Keeps putting it on management maybe that true. She trying so hard to get me in the store which can’t understand cause this days we do most things online and all I get from her is better come in fast we have 8 people coming in today to see it.
