When we purchased our Buick envision the salesman Mike Amarando assured us we would always get a loaner car and it's even advertised on their website. I really hate being lied to !! I tried to talk to Mik Amarando assured us we would always get a loaner car and it's even advertised on their website. I really hate being lied to !! I tried to talk to Mike when we brought the leaking car in that is filled with mold since he states he takes care of his customers but he literally just looked past us because another customer was coming in behind us that was more important to him than us. They have been working on the car for a week and guess what no loaner car !! Not very happy with the "Lester Glenn Experience" This review is from Ken Festino. More
