From the minute Bill Fairgrieve introduced himself and throughout the purchase process, our pre-conceptions were quickly proved wrong. We were made to feel welcome and at ease. Bill took us through identifying a vehicle and then the purchase process with patience and understanding. The atmosphere inside the dealership coupled with the sales team's quick wit and sense of humour made us feel like friends rather than customers and it was a pleasure to deal with Bill, Sam Casiano and Frank Simeone. We were easily able to negotiate the deal we were looking for. We will definitely be repeat customers and will request Bill be our sales representative again. Terrible service I have purchased 2 vehicles from Lester glen Hyundai on rt 37...... Never again. You have lost my business, my husbands business, my mothers business, I have purchased 2 vehicles from Lester glen Hyundai on rt 37...... Never again. You have lost my business, my husbands business, my mothers business, and any other person we can dissuade from dealing with this dealership. I had wheel insurance, and needed a wheel replaced due to damage acquired this past winter. We waited 6 weeks with promises every week that the rim was on its way. 7 weeks, no rim. Steve, the manager, obviously lied when he told us he had a tracking number. We came in because rim arrived and after waiting 2 hours, we were told it did not match. I had to come back for four new rims.....they promised they would be quick. I waited 3 hours. Lie after lie about the hold up, telling me it was done....... Finally I walked into garage myself..... Not even close to being done.... It was a 4 hour job. More

The second we entered the dealership Frank greeted us and offered his help. He took us outside to show us the cars and explain all the details of the sonata model. Frank really spent quality time with us to help us find the best situation for us. I have for over 20 years purchased or leased cars. I can tell you it usually is something I really dread and have never had a good experience. Until now with Frank. He did such an amazing job. My parents leased on Memorial Day weekend. Frank told them to call anytime and since their purchase my mom has had to call Frank with questions. He always takes the call and is very helpful and makes her feel like she is no trouble. He is by far the best and the dealership is so lucky to have him. I will be recommending the dealership to many people. Including myself who's family has been driving hondas. I think we will now move to Hyndai. If there is an award for employee of the year it should go to Frank..... More

I made an appointment to come in and they were very flexible with the time, I even called to say I would be running a little late and it was no problem at all. It was very easy to find the Hyundai dealership amongst the several other car dealerships on the same road. Mike Barnes listened to everything I wanted in a car and helped me find the perfect Elantra for me! Mike was extremely helpful, patient, personable, and friendly throughout the entire car buying process. I am very satisfied with my visit to Lester Glenn and my new 2014 Elantra is so amazing!!! More
