Worst Experince ever at a dealership On 4/14/2014 I went to Lester Glenn Hyundai in Toms River Rt.37 to possibly purchase a car. After being there for about an hour I finally looked at a On 4/14/2014 I went to Lester Glenn Hyundai in Toms River Rt.37 to possibly purchase a car. After being there for about an hour I finally looked at a car and the dealer was submitting all the paperwork. She told me it would be a little while, so I went outside to take a look at some other vehicles. This is when I notice the dealer driving away in another car with an older couple, so I waited about twenty minutes and she returned. I walk back into the dealership and notice the same older couple sitting in the chairs at her desk where I was just sitting. I notice my paperwork pushed to the side and I ask the dealer what is going on she says "oh let me find out", I stand there in the middle of the dealership while she takes her time and I have these other people sitting in the seat I had and was from an appointment. So this so called dealer had me stand there, embarrassed like some idiot and someone that was not worth her time. She finally comes back and says sorry you need $5,000 down for this vehicle that was only $17,000 vehicle. I responded by saying no thanks and realized at that point she figured I was going to be a hard sale and just pushed me to the side like some trash so she could get the deal with the older couple. I have bought four other cars in my life time at age 35 and know a good dealer will not stop trying till they get a sale with you, not her she cared less how she made you feel. Next day I go to Pine Belt and buy a 2011 Nissan Altima, great experience and done in 2.5 hrs. Please be careful if you deal with this dealer she will waist your time like me 4 hrs of my day wasted and belittled. I know we are all not rich and are an easy sell but know one should be left in the middle of a dealership with no where to sit like some dog waiting for there owner. I will pass on this experience to as many colleagues and friends possible. More

Bought my 2014 Elantra Tina was very friendly, helpful and knew her products very well. She listened to what I wanted and then went out of her way to drive us to another lo Tina was very friendly, helpful and knew her products very well. She listened to what I wanted and then went out of her way to drive us to another location at first to drive a CPO 2012. Later, she helped show us our best deal and I bought a brand new Black 2014 equally equipped for only a small difference per month thanks to rebates and other deals going on. Everyone in the dealership seemed to be enjoying their visit (customers) and all of the sales force also were having fun it seemed to us. Thank you Tina! More

Team Hyundai 3 years ago I was told that if I was in the market for a new car go to Toms River Hyundai and request Heather Mc Crum, I did and I was glad I was pati 3 years ago I was told that if I was in the market for a new car go to Toms River Hyundai and request Heather Mc Crum, I did and I was glad I was patient and waited for her. She has the best personality of anyone I have encountered in the car business. She is warm, respectful and to the point. She acts more like a friend than a salesperson. As a seniors we like that. She did not give me the "pat on the head" treatment as some salespeople have a tendency to do to seniors. The other day I was ready for a updated Elantra and would not get it from anyone but Heather. She greeted me as if I was a friend she had not seen in awhile, She was with another customer but took the time to say hello. I talked with her, ask her advice and I have my 2014 Elantra. (Great car by the way). She let me know up front that the prices were higher than 3 years ago, showed me cars she thought would interest me, told me about what the options were and how to operate them. At the end she came out and set up my Blue tooth, went over things with me and I was on my way. Thank you Heather! Team Hyundai in Toms River are the best!! More
