This is the first time that I have ever walked out of a dealership feeling like I was helped and treated fairly. My situation wasn't a normal one. My timing belt snapped on the way to work that morning. My dealership feeling like I was helped and treated fairly. My situation wasn't a normal one. My timing belt snapped on the way to work that morning. My car was old and the mechanic that took a look at it told me that he didn't think it would be in my best interest to have it fixed. I called up Lester Glenn and asked if it is possible that I could have my car towed there and if they could try to work with me. They said that it wouldn't be a problem. So, AAA towed me over and from the moment I arrived they treated me like a friend. Heather understood my situation (4 kids, a wife just getting back in the workforce, and being overwelmed by the events of the day). She worked out the numbers on a few different cars to see which one would fit my budget the best and she was also trying to make sure that I would enjoy the car. She succeeded on both efforts. Then the finance guy sat me down and came up with a monthly payment that was well below what I was expecting. I couldn't be happier the way that I was treated. In a situation that they could have easily taken advantage of me, I walked out feeling so relieved and happy. I highly recommend this dealer to everyone. A big THANK YOU!!! More
