They answered all of my questions, and took me for multiple test drives. I bothered and pestered them... despite that, I never felt pressured. I was especially impressed with the professionalism displayed by my salesman; Frank Acquaviva. He was always friendly, even after hearing me say "I'll think about it" after a number of test drives. Buying a new car is a hair raising experience. These folks did their best to ease the pain. More

I WENT IN ON LABOR DAY WEEKEND, EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE VERY BUSY THE DID GIVE ME QUITE A BIT OF THEIR TIME. THEY NEVER MADE ME FEEL LIKE I WAS AN INCONVIENCE AND REALLY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND WHAT I FEEL I VERY BUSY THE DID GIVE ME QUITE A BIT OF THEIR TIME. THEY DID NOT TELL YOU UP FRONT THAT THEY WOULD BE PUTTING IT ON THE REBATE PART OF THE DEAL. I FELL THAT I SHOULD HAVE BEEN GIVEN THE OPTION. ALSO THAT IT WAS NOT ADVERTISED AS A REBATE BUT AS SOMETHING YOU WOULD GET IN ADDITION TO THE 6000.00 OVER KBB. After dealing with Frank at Lester Glenn Hyundai I was trying to remember why I have always hated going to buy or even look at new cars: I finally recalled that every other experience that I have ever ha trying to remember why I have always hated going to buy or even look at new cars: I finally recalled that every other experience that I have ever had at a car dealership was full of pushy salesman and high pressure tactics. My experience at this dealer was nothing but a pleasure from start to finish, and my sister and brother-in-law, who came with me, felt the same way. Frank asked which model I had in mind, then escorted us to the area of the lot were a good portion of the Elantras were-he also told us that if we didn't see any we were interested in, he had more. When I was ready, he showed my all of the many positive points about the car without making me feel pressured in any way. He guided me along a route on my test drive so that I could get a good feel for the car, which I had pretty much fallen in love with. At every step in the process Frank answered my questions, and brought up points that I had not thought of: He made me feel that he had my best interests at heart at all times. I ended up leasing a car that I absolutely love, and I can say without hesitation that I will be a Lester Glenn customer from now on: My sister and brother-in-law are both driving new cars, but I would also say that the next dealership they visit when they are ready will be Lester Glenn. While we spent the majority of time with Frank, I must also say that my experience with Gabe was excellent-no pressure here either. More

It always shocks me how far they will go for a customer, this time was not any different. From the time I walked in Sarah Walsh was so friendly and worked so hard to make a deal, she explained every option to both my wife and I, explaining everything from buying to leasing, even which models would be right for us based on options. I thought I wanted the basic Tucson, but Sarah noticed how my wife's eyes lite up on the higher model ( and she was right on ). This was a little high on price for us. Enter Sales Manager Brian Showers. Brian bent over backwards for us, finding any discount that we would qualify for, plus, he is really a nice guy which really did put us at ease. It was then I got the pleasure of meeting Mike D'Amelio to sign my papers, what a shock another nice guy, Mike had all my papers ready and explained everything I was signing as we went along, with a joke thrown in every now and then for kicks. I enjoyed meeting Mike. I know buying a new car can be a little stressfull, but not with these guys, they made it a very enjoyable experience. Like I said I have been buying cars from Lester Glenn Auto for 20 years and I do not ever see myself ever going any where else and these three people are exactly why.
