Lester Glenn dealership was the best experience I have had to date. I recently went to a Toyota dealership in North Jersey that was awful they made us very uncomfortable and after we walked out the salesm had to date. Frank was an absolute pleasure to deal with! I was there looking at the Touring with my friend, and he showed us everything he had on the lot explaining all the different features and pricing. The exact car/color wasn't in the main lot so he took us over to their secondary lot where I found the exact car I had wanted, package/color and everything. Being it was the start of the Memorial Day weekend sales event they were really busy. There was a rather long wait as they had gotten backed up in the finance department towards the end of the night, but Frank sat there and talked with us, he was very friendly and easy to have a conversation with. Never once were we pressured at all in any way. It was a long night (for both us and Frank!). You could tell he was tired too, and he had to come back at 7 the next AM! which I'm sure will be crazier than Friday was. We finally drove off the lot in my new car around 11:30 last night and I couldn't be happier with the experience I had with Frank and Lester Glenn! I cannot recommend Frank highly enough! If you're coming out to Lester Glenn definitely request an appointment with him and you won't be disappointed! Thank you Frank!! :) More

I new what I wanted and I shopped around at Hyundai dealers up near my home in Central to North Jersey. It turns out that Lester Glenn had the Azera in the color I wanted at their Manahawkin location. dealers up near my home in Central to North Jersey. During this period I was still talking with the dealer up North. I was close to buying from this dealer up north but I walked away as I was not convinced this was the best deal I could get for myself and I was settling on color. During this few day period Lester Glenn kept in touch and reminded me that they had the color I wanted now at their Toms River location. I decided to call and talk with Ron Garguilo. I told him where my current offer was from the other dealer and explained to him where I wanted to be on price out the door(which the other dealer could not do or should I say would not do)...Ron asked for 20mins though he called me back in 10mins to let me know that he could do 1 better and he beat the price I wanted out the door! I jumped in my current car and drove an hour and 30 min to close the deal. Ron was a gentlemen & a man of his word. He hooked me up with Al Machado who was very polite and efficient. Al took me through the process quickly and professionally but with a personal flair and a sense of pride (very sincere in his desire to meet my needs). I dealt with Bryan for financing, also a good guy and very professional (not your cheesy finance guy). All-in-all, Lester Glenn's people made the car buying experience easy and a pleasure. Kudos should go to Lester Glenn for running an efficient and honest business but his real sense of pride should come from knowing that he has a staff of people who break the stereotype of automotive sales people. I can't vouch for the whole team but I suggest going to Al or Ron directly if you want a Hyundai at a very fair price without the pain that typically goes with buying at most dealers! I am loving my new car and enjoying the fact that it gets a lot of stares....Azera will only grow in popularity! More
