I had gone to another dealer before Lester Glenn and the salesman told me to come back with my husband--left that dealer in a snap. Bill Murray treated me like a human being, real person and friend. Bill answered my questions, asked a few of his own to ensure I found the perfect car for me and I ended up buying a car. Bill tended to every aspect of the sale, transfer of insurance, title, plates, etc. He even called to see that I got home fine and again, asking how I like the car. This was probably one of the most pleasant experience I have had in purchasing a new vehicle. My salesman John Dipalo was very knowledgeable about the vehicle he was selling as well as the dealerships abi have had in purchasing a new vehicle. My experience was very pleasant. The dealership was very busy and I waited a long time to complete the transaction (4 hrs.). The hold up seemed to be mostly in the finance dept.
