Bought a car in 1.5 hours I went into the dealership knowing the car i wanted and i let Ron know i was very short of time. I was happy I was overall happy with my experience. However, I atleast know that I'm getting what I pay for, I absolutely love my new car, The service was good, friendly staff and extremely patient. Although there were a few issues with some of my information the staff stayed with us probably much later than they wanted to and stayed professional and friendly while also getting the problem resolved so I could leave that night with my new car. With that being said, although I am less than thrilled about the amount i'm paying a month (even though I know its reasonable) I gave my overall experience a 5/5 due to the patience and determination of the staff. Basically, the good outweighed the bad. My family and I will absolutely be returning to lester glenn for future purchases. More
