I wasn't originally going to stay with Lester Glenn because of the distance from the dealership to my house, but I decided to go talk to someone at Lester Glenn Subaru. I called them and they took me in that same day to talk to someone. Everyone there was super friendly and very patient with me with my numerous questions about options. I dealt with Jay Jackson, Ron Garguilo, and Donato Jensen directly and they were all very genuine people and very fair when it came to dealing with my business. A lot of the credit goes to the salesman, Mark Belotti, my first encounter was quite relaxing, I was looking for an inexpensive used car to fulfill a need for a "part time 2nd car", Mark explained that those cars are hard to find but he would keep his eyes peeled for a clean trade in that would pass the inspection that the dealership would deem a GOOD car to live up to Lester Glenn's standards. Mark had a couple of cars that came to his attention but he said there were issues, but the 3rd time was a charm. His honesty and concern with meeting my needs was refreshing. More
