I went to Lester Glenn because of their reputation and my husband's previous experience. Upon entering we were greeted with a smile. I had done some research on my own and knew what I wanted to spend and that I wanted to test drive an Outback. Mike delivered - what an nice ride, comfortable, smooth, great pick up on the highway. He was able to answer all my questions and then some. I had no idea Outbacks were in such great demand. Luckily for me he had one in transit with the features I wanted and keeping me in my price range. I am now the proud owner of an Outbacki Premium. This was a wonderful car buying experience. I highly recommend dealing with Mike & Donato at this dealership! More

I had an idea of what I wanted to spend going in but wasn't really sold on a specific model, when I met Joe, he was very friendly listened to what I had to say and I told him what I wanted to spend, and we came out with a 2012 legacy, took it for a test drive and I loved it, so we worked out a great deal and I was now the proud owner of a 2012 Subaru Legacy! Joe was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and help me sync my phone for Bluetooth. Not only was he friendly but he had me in and out of the dealership quickly and efficiently (I've heard horror story's about people spending their whole day in a dealership). But for a younger salesman he did an exceptional job and I would definetly reccomend you go to him if you're looking for someone who knows what they're talking about actually cares about getting you into the right car! More

Had an informative and smooth test drive with Drew Jensen. Josh was my Sales Mgr. and John Puglisi the GM. Drew was very thorough in talking me through all the details on the car; I'm not a big car guy- and it had been over 4 years with the other car, an SUV. The Legacy is a really solid sedan. John was willing to negotiate a bit- after I thought that we had an impasse. At the end, I had a very pleasant experience with Donato, the Finance Mgr. John's professionalism also added to the experience. I highly recommend Lester Glenn Subaru- and would highly recommend them. My mechanic in Jackson had also passed along a few stories about how they were over and above in helping customers. More

It was getting close to closing and I wanted the car that evening. Ryan got our car ready while Donato Jensen prepared all the financial paper work. It was all done quickly and accurately. Our Sales consultant was Ann Marie Napoli, a person with thorough knowledge of the Outback and more importantly for me, the safety features. I found her to be extremely helpful in that she was able to answer any and all questions immediately and with a professional acumen seldom seen in todays’ workforce. Her pleasant and affable personality eased any trepidation I had with regards to shopping for a new vehicle. Ann Maries’ patience when answering my myriad of questions was a big factor when deciding to actually purchase the Outback. Her descriptions of the “blind spot warning” and other safety features helped me to understand what to expect in real-time driving situations. Ann Marie gave us a very fair deal on the vehicle and she was very helpful with the insurance and financing. Throughout the process he kept my needs and wants in focus. He took the time to show me the car I eventually ended up purchasing and explained many of the "new" features that I might not have had experience with such as the EyeSight and lane change assist. When we purchased the car, he then took a lot more time to fully explain the features to us. And the price was right where I expected it to be for both the new car and my trade in. More

The price is final, that's not going to change. Our job is to make sure you drive the car off the lot. Your job is to figure out how long it's going to take to pay off this car." "So you're just taking the monthly payment and multiplying it by 60? That doesn't matter. Your monthly payment is what matters. You need transportation. That's all that matters. You're going to be driving this car in 6 years anyway, right?" "The bank already knows you have another car loan out. They're not stupid." Is this guy serious? How does he have a job? Terrible customer service. I was ready to buy the car right then and there. This &$%#@# completely changed my mind. I liked the car, but I'll be headed to another Subaru dealer. Sorry, Kyle. You were a huge help, and I really wish I'd been able to give you your commission. Unfortunately, Donato single-handedly dissuaded me from doing any further business with Lester Glenn Subaru in Toms River. More
