The service center is Horrible Let me start off by saying i don't usually write reviews, but i am so annoyed at the Levittown Service Center. This is not the first time i have been there with my 2017 Ford Explorer. I have been there for oil changes and of course 4 new tires because they said i never rotated them so they were all bad, i have complained about air coming from my front windshield when i drive, of course they cant find anything wrong, and my sensors keep going off when im driving, again they cant find anything wrong. Well today i went in for an oil change. no i didnt have an appointment, when i got there i was told it would take 2 hours. I did originally say ok but after 45 minutes i asked if the car wasnt in to be worked on yet i would take it and come back, that was at 12;25, i was told the car was already brought in and was being worked on, so i said ok, it wont take long. Well an hour later at 1:30 i still didnt have my car. The girls at the front desk were very nice and they were looking into it with my service person, i dont know her name but she was the only female associate there. She never came out to me and at 1:50 the front desk girls called me up apologized for taking so long and handed me my keys, When i asked about paperwork i was told if there was any my service associate will mail them to me...I have never heard of this, and if this is how their customers are treated I won't be going back there. I will be looking for a different ford service center to bring my car from now on. More

Brought my new truck with only 4,300 miles in for a heater box under warranty to find the mechanics here decided to cut all wires for plow sander and strobe light. Now they’re telling me the mechanic that worked on truck is out with flu. That’s not my problem. Told them I’m not leaving until truck is fixed. Service advisors comment was I don’t need the plow and sander today. This place is something special for sure. More

The worst service experience I went to have my 2015 Ford Escape served. A oil change and inspection I was told it needed rear brakes. I said okay do it I wait a couple of hours. I I went to have my 2015 Ford Escape served. A oil change and inspection I was told it needed rear brakes. I said okay do it I wait a couple of hours. I was told it was done I paid ,and drove away. I went less than one block I heard a banging noise from the rear so I went back to the service. I found that the rear passenger side wheel was missing three lug nuts, and the other two lug nuts almost off. This could cause a accident with me,and my family.The service center treated this as a everyday thing. They installed new lug nuts and said everything thing was good to go. Never received a call from the service manager after I called multiple times. More

We leased for the first time three years ago and we decided to renew our lease with them this December Just and amazing experience at Levittown Ford. We leased for the first time three years ago and we decided to renew our lease with them this December. Danny "K" (Daniel Krauciunas) was a prince of a man and made the renewal easy and financially competitive. Vinny took care of the business and credit aspect and kept in constant touch with me when necessary. We took delivery of our new 2019 Ford Edge Titanium AWD a few days ago on my wife's birthday. Levittown Ford surprised my wife with a Birthday display arranged by the General Manager, Ken Banks and executed by Danny K and Darnell Desforges. As my wife walked in, the car was front and center in the showroom, under a red tent with Happy Birthday balloons and big red bows. What a stylish celebration of our new purchase! (see photos). Kudos also to Michael Piscopo and Paul Hart of Levittown service for taking good care of our 2015 Edge.
