Very Pleasant Experience I recently had to have my Ford Mustang serviced due to heating system blowing out cold air. I contacted the Ford Service Center and was helped by Bar I recently had to have my Ford Mustang serviced due to heating system blowing out cold air. I contacted the Ford Service Center and was helped by Barbara who went out of her way to get an appointment for my car for the next day. After dropping the car off, Sean Accetta, Diesel Assistant Service Manager, took care of me and I could not have asked for a better experience. Sean went out of his way to assure me that he would stay in touch regarding what they find causing the problem with my car. He took the time to call me each day to let me know where the mechanics were at with resolving the problem and within a few days my car was fixed and ready to be picked up. Sean made this a very pleasant experience. If I ever have to bring my car in for servicing again, I will definitely ask for Sean to be my "main man"!! More
