Leasing with ease I swore I would never go back to a car. Adam Diaz got me to change my mind. I have to thank him for putting me into my new Fusion. There isn't anything it doesn't have or do. The ride and comfort is amazing. Adam and the entire staff at Levittown Ford were fantastic. Their customer service is outstanding. Even though I did not leave there with the vehicle I went in for due to budget requirements. Adam helped me find a vehicle I would be happy with to fit my budget. I have to say I have no regrets.. Thank you Adam for giving me an alternative that changed my mind. More

Pretty much liars. The service was horrendous, you have to wait 2 hours to speak to somebody and worst of all is they flat out lie to you. I was told that all parts besi The service was horrendous, you have to wait 2 hours to speak to somebody and worst of all is they flat out lie to you. I was told that all parts besides the breaks, tires, and rims would be covered by the warranty but when i go to the service they make me pay for it. They told me to buy a few parts to fix it so i did and when i looked under the hood 2 of the parts were fine. Thats great, they said i could return it but when i go to return it they wont let me. They lied to me about that too. The service center yell at you to call customer service when they dont agree with you. They dont listen to you even when theyre wrong. This dealership is not the one to go to if youre looking to buy car. If you fancy being lied to over and over than youve found the right dealer ship. Everyday is a new surprise with this dealership. 2nd and last ford i ever buy unless something changes. More
